songs for sleep deprivation.

Sleep.. you are wondrous.

A handy tip if your sleeping patterns are all out of wack:

Establish routines you complete right before bed. Things like a certain type of music you listen to can really help, especially if it’s a specific playlist. Within that playlist, if you fall into a repetitious structure by the middle and till the end, you won’t wake up because of your music, as you do when you hear something out of sync with the rest of playlist.

The playlist I made for sleeping revolves around 3 main artists by the middle:

all flippin' brilliant artists with brilliant songs for falling asleep to.

    i like your idea on routines before bed and playlists, my first playlist was good old ff7 midi files lol, ah the 90s lol.
