Another group I accidentally left out of my winter playlist - The Books.
Ultra-chill music from two guys, a guitar, a cello and a seemingly endless supply of samples. From bits of conversation to electronic glitch, they manage to blend all these different sounds seamlessly. I've heard their style described as "sound collage" which seems pretty fitting, but I prefer the tag "train music" cause they're the perfect soundtrack to my long train trips to anywhere and sound great no matter my level of consciousness.
